Magnetic pigment is unlike a magnet, which has no magnetic field of its own. We call it magnetic pigment because during the production process of the pigment, one or several magnetic metal elements are used as one or more of its multi-layer coating structures. Usually, these magnetic metal elements include Fe, Fe3O4, Nickel, etc. Therefore, when the pigment encounters different magnetic fields, patterns of different shapes will be formed under the action of the magnetic fields.
At present, magnetic pigments are mainly used in Nail polish/Nail gel, Artificial leather, Plastics, Printing inks industrials.
