Orcheer’s classical pearl pigment takes selected natural mica / synthetic mica / imported borosilicate glass flakes as base material, coated with various metal oxides such as TiO2, Fe2O3, Fe3O4, SiO2, SnO2 etc. It’s an inorganic effect pigment with vivid & bright color, strong metallic feel, good acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance up to 800°C, arc resistance, and not easy to oxidize and fade.

1. Silver White Pearlescent Pigment
Silver white series is the most widely used and most cost-effective pearlescent pigment. The pigment reflects light in a way that produces a brilliant, shimmering effect, its semi-transparent nature allows for layering with other colorants, adding depth and complexity to the finished product. As its natural mineral and inorganic compound components, its non-toxic and gentle on skin, safe for use in cosmetics and personal care products.
Base material: Natural Mica; Synthetic mica; imported borosilicate glass flakes.
Coating layers: TiO2; SnO2; Silica.
Temperature resistance: 700- 800 Centigrade.
Partical size : 1-15um, 5-25um, 10-45um, 10-60um, 10-75um, 20-80um, 20-100um… 100-1500um.

2. Interference series – Rainbow mermaid color effect
Interference series has almost same chemical ingredients as silver white pearl pigment with better physical & chemical properties. Its metal oxide coating layers thickness is greater than that of the silver white series. That brings ability to create iridescent effects by reflecting and refracting light, produce vibrant rainbow colors (Gold, Red, Magenta, Purple, Violet, Blue, Green) depending on the viewing angle.
Interference pearl pigment is especially suitable for large-area applications, such as wallpaper printing, special label paper, paper card printing; plastic products, automobile surface spraying, etc.

3. Gold Series - All kindls of Metallic Gold

4. Metallic series:
Metallic pearl pigment has strong and bright metallic luster, very popular in the application of artificial leather, eye shadow, painting, epoxy resin floor etc. it includes various shades like bronze, copper, wine, cherry, chestnut, coffee… the metallic colors are come from different thinkness of Iron oxide coating layers, this is a visual color effect created by physical structure. Different from organic colorants and dyes, its metallic color is resistant to high temperatures and is not easy to oxidize and fade.

Temperature resistance: 700- 800 Celsius.

5. Recolored Series:
Based on the above 4 series, Recolored pearlescent pigment goes a step further by incorporating additional colorants or dyes, resulting in a vast array of vibrant, shimmering colors. The interplay of light and color gives these pigments their distinctive, eye-catching appearance.
Recolored pearlescent pigments are widely used in the beauty industry. They are a key ingredient in products such as eyeshadows, highlighters and nail polishes.
